Full Exclusivity
Enjoy complete privacy at Dunedin, a beautiful Georgian House full of charm, character & ambience. Set in mature, terraced, lawned gardens, the venue is a photographer's dream for any type of event. You'll experience hospitality to remember forever!
Drawing Room
The Drawing Room, which is set overlooking the gardens, can accommodate up to 20 guests for a sit down meal or up to 30 for a buffet. This room is ideal for smaller, more intimate parties and could also be used for private dining.
The Billiard Room
The Billiard Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit down meal or up to 80 guests for a buffet. This room overlooks the Victorian terraced garden and has its own access through 2 French doors.
The Bar
The dining room is a gorgeous room bursting with history, with a beautiful roaring open fire. The main bar is situated in this room and is always available when booking any other room at the same time.
The Garden
In Summer, have Pimms on the Victorian lawned gardens or in Winter, sip mulled wine by the warm open fires. All seasonal activities are recognised at Dunedin and you will find tasteful Victorian decorations.
